I've played a fair bit at Victor Chandler's Spinroom and have to say in most areas it is very good. But I do have one or two minor reservations when it comes to the layout and setting deposit limits, both of which I will deal with later.

VC's Spinroom is a no-download casino and has one of the best assortment of recognisable land-based slots I've come across. It takes games from various providers into an open platform so you'll find popular slots like Pharaohs Fortune (IGT), Book Of Ra Deluxe and Columbus Deluxe from Novomatic, Thunderstruck II from Microgaming and the most popular slot ever - Cleopatra - sitting alongside some other great games.

The core platform is Net Entertainment which although they have a lot of decent slot games, are not that well known. The key games here are from Novomatic, IGT and Microgaming and the choice is very good. The only real issue I have with the games is the layout which is a typical example of where looking good doesn't necessarily make it good to use. The fancy interface means you have to keep sideways-scrolling to find your favourite games and to be honest, it's easier just to scroll down to a text list of games and click the link.

I've had some decent wins at the Spinroom and have always found cashouts are pretty quick - 3 working days to a UK bank account seems about the average. Rarely longer. My main issue is the fact that you cannot set a deposit limit, either automatically or even by a manual request. This is offset somewhet by the fact that there is no Reverse Pending time so when you make a withdrawal it goes straight through to be processed.

I'd probably say that if you are a big IGT slots fan then you will find a better choice at Paddy Power Casino or Sky Vegas Casino and similarly, if Novomatic slots are your thing then a wider range is available at Star Games but for a combination then The Spinroom probably wins that battle.

Victor Chandler has always had a good reputation so once again and as you would expect you are playing at a very reputable and reliable online casino. The fact it has such a good array of land-based casino slots definitely works in it's favour as does the fact they are licenced in Gibraltar but I'm surprised and a little disappointed that they don't allow you to set a deposit limit. Doesn't seem particularly responsible to me.

That aside, The Spinroom is on my recommended list for the variation in recognisable slots that they have and their fast cashout policy. Also, like most bookies, you can switch funds between casino, poker and sports really easily and deposit and cashout options are nice and varied too.
