Yggdrasil rolls out its first Asian language games.

The Swedish online gambling software provider Yggdrasil Gaming has launched its first Asian-facing products, allowing its network of existing partners to take on board its unique slot, keno and scratch card games.

Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai language versions of Yggdrasil Gaming's flagship Jokerizer and Winterberries video slot games are live and available from today.

Jokerizer is a five-reel, 10-payline game that includes features such as mystery scatter wins that, once unlocked, increase a player's chances of claiming a substantial cash prize. Winterberries, a fast high-roller slot game is one of its latest releases.

The company is in the process of finalising localised versions of its content portfolio with further slot games, keno and scratch card products due to be made available across a variety of Asian languages at the end of March, a spokesman revealed Wednesday.

Fredrik Elmqvist, chief executive of Yggdrasil Gaming, said: The launch of our first Asian-facing and Asian language games is a real milestone. The games look great in whatever language they are in but crucially this now means that thousands more players will be able to play our games.
