CTXM, Slots Farm and Viaden Gaming all on software developer's social gaming shopping list
The news earlier this year that Playtech is to spend Euro 95 million on "certain B2B real money gaming and B2B social media assets" which it intends to purchase from companies associated with major shareholder Teddy Sagi (see previous reports) has been followed by unofficial and anonymous disclosures that the properties involved are CTXM, Slots Farm and Viaden Gaming.
